Pride @ the 4th of July Parade
When is the Parade?
The Fourth of July Parade is on Tuesday, July 4th. The Parade starts at 8:30am and will be in Downtown Round Rock. Please bring water and wear sunscreen. We are space #80 in the line.
What time do parade participants need to arrive and where do we park?
You must enter from Sunset Dr (from the I-35 feeder). No access from Hwy 79 or Mays St. We would recommend putting “Title Max Title Loans” in your maps. The free shuttle service will be available from 6:30 am - 8:00 am. The Parade will end at this location for volunteers to be back at your car. Parade Route and Parade Info.
Round Rock Pride plans to be there by 7:00 am for staging. Parade participants are welcome to join at this time.
Participants can park at the United Methodist Church. There will be shuttle service available to bring you to the parade staging area.
The shuttle service will be available from 6:30 am - 8:00 am. The Parade will end at this location for volunteers to be back at your car.
Can anyone participate in the parade with Round Rock Pride? Can I bring my family or friends with me?
Absolutely! The more, the merrier! We welcome family members, friends, and allies to join in the parade. It's a wonderful opportunity to celebrate together and show solidarity.
Round Rock Pride welcomes all backgrounds, orientations, and abilities. Everyone is encouraged to participate and show their support.
Please do not bring pets.
Do I need to register in advance to volunteer for the parade?
Nope. All the details will be here for folks to join us. We included a sign up for reminder emails with event information the day before the parade.
Are there any specific dress code requirements for parade participants?
While there is no strict dress code, we encourage participants to dress in festive and colorful attire that represents their individuality and celebrates the spirit of pride (appropriate for all ages). Wear what makes you feel comfortable and proud!
It will be hot on the 4th. Be sure to wear breathable clothing, comfortable shoes and water to stay hydrated!

How long is the parade route, and when can I expect it to end?
The parade will start at 8:30 am and is about 1.5 miles long.
